The Adventures of Will

This was a monumental week–Will figured out how to say “no, no, no” on Wednesday and on Thursday he WALKED!!!  Wahoo!!!  We were all playing in the living room in the morning and he decided his Papa (aka Daddy Daddy Daddy) need a crayon so I just sent him on his way and he walked three or four steps to Haidar’s chair.  He was very proud of himself!  So in the last few days we’ve been practicing.  He’s not quite taken off on a solo run of his own accord but I’m sure that’s coming soon…

We took a walk to town for ice cream yesterday so the photos are of Will walking around the church parking lot.  There are also a few shots of him playing in his “sand box” which is a 300-400 year old stone trough salvaged from the old house in Saqi.  You can also see the old millstone in the background.  The sand is wood shavings that they use to pack the eggs in.  Only here.
