On Friday Will started his second year of “school.” He was in a two-morning a week infant group last year and would normally have been in the toddler class right next door this year but high demand for his age group led to them having two classes of toddlers. He’s in the “older” class and is up on the big kid hall with the pre-schoolers. Not sure mom and dad were emotionally ready for that yet!
First day was fun–he took his new backpack (yes, he carried it himself), met new friends and even created his first official piece of school artwork. Most of the kids in his group are second children and older than Will by three to five months so he should be able to pick up a lot of new tricks.

What a big boy to have a backpack and go to school with the older kids – it shows how very bright you are! We had such fun this weekend and we miss you already…

OHH Ashley! Such a handsome and independent cutie pie! I sooo remember those days! Sidney started Kindergarten this year and Hayley 3rd grade. I get teary about each year! It really does go fast!!
