A Day Full of Cousins

All Will’s American cousins plus one uncle, one oma and two aunts arrived yesterday from their stopover in Egypt. After seeing the pyramids, the sphinx and King Tut’s mask (out of its case no less–they had to change a light bulb in the display so just took it out and laid it on a table), they say Will is still the best site around. He got to hang out all morning in his pyjamas then this afternoon go to Aunt Nohad’s and watch all the swimmers. As a special treat, Aunt Lana showed him how to properly loll about on the trampoline. Tomorrow we’ll head up to Saqi to visit the old house and have a picnic.

We’re also keeping a close eye on Aunt Patti since she actually touched Tut’s mask while it was on the table and is now worried about the curse. We’re hoping a five second museum faux pas doesn’t actually rank up there with tomb raiding!

Can’t figure out the captions, so here’s who’s who in the photos:
Aunt Lana, Will and Katrina in the living room (photo on wall is Haidar’s dad as a young man)
Lana, Katrina, Ethan and the musical genius
Katrina, Justin and Daniella on the couch with the genius
Justin jamming in the kitchen

This blog has been great. I’m going to take my computer to Opa’s house so he can see everyone. He is doing better. His leg is no longer hurting and he is working with the Physical Therapist two days a week. Will is growing so much . . . and always looks to happy with his big grin! It was so great seeing everyone.

So cute and so glad we can keep up with you while on the cape! Love you!

Great pictures. We love the website and being able to keep up with Will’s adventure. We hung at the river until 7/26 and then returned to Seabrook. Mike, LaDawn and granddaughter Sienna (13 yrs) came for a visit the last 3 days and we had fun in the river. Also, Paul & Terri Simon came by for lunch and a float. Great to see them. Nana dumped herself out of the little blue boat at the dock and has a very nice bruise to prove it. Supposed to be 102 degrees (real temp.) in Seabrook tomorrow…index 108!! Up in the mountains sounds good to us! Be careful, take it easy, we love you.

Thank you for keeping us “in the loop” on your trip to Egypt and Lebanon! Will is absolutely adorable and we would love to kiss those little chubby cheeks! Give our love to Kathy, Lana, Patty, Nouhad and all! Have fun and a safe trip home!

You are all cute enough to squeeze! Can’t believe how all the cousins have grown and so glad they get to spend time with Will. And get lots of sugar from him! I think you may be right about Will enjoying the entertainment so Mama and Papa better start rehersing! We miss you all and can’t wait to see you soon.
